Summer 2020 Anticipated Releases

Summer is always the golden hour of my annual reading journey. So many great books get released during that season, and they are often fluffy contemporaries that fill my soul or fantasies that whisk me away. (And if you’re anything like me, you could use some healthy escapism right about now.)

Here are seven books releasing this June-September that I am 100% looking forward to reading!

#1: Now That I’ve Found You – Kristina Forest

#2: Forest of Souls – Lori M. Lee

Details: first book in the Shamanborn trilogy. YA dark fantasy. Release date: June 23rd, 2020.

#3: Unravel the Dusk – Elizabeth Lim

Details: second book in The Blood of Stars series. YA fantasy. Release date: July 7th, 2020. Read my review for Spin the Dawn here.

#4: The Crow Rider – Kalyn Josephson

Details: second book in The Storm Crow series. YA fantasy. Release date: July 7th, 2020. Read my review for The Storm Crow here.

#5: Cinderella Is Dead – Kalynn Bayron

Details: standalone YA fairytale retelling. Indie author and POC representation. Release date: July 7th, 2020.

#6: Recommended For You – Laura Silverman

Are you interested in any of these books? Let me know! I’ve already preordered Unravel the Dusk and The Crow Rider, but Recommended For You gives me major Dash and Lily’s Book of Dares vibes. Any book that takes me back to that spot of nostalgia for me is *chef’s kiss*

See you next week!
